Reiki Energy Healing

What Can You Expect During a Reiki Session?
During your appointment you will lie down fully dressed on a comfortable treatment table. I will be using my hands with a light touch placed on or above your body. The placement of my hands will never be intrusive. You will not feel any pressure, either. My hope is that you will be calm, pain and stress free after your Reiki session with me.
You may be releasing your emotions during treatment. Please, know that this is very normal. It is perfectly OK to express those feelings and I would encourage you to do so. Nothing is better than a good cry or laugh for stress relief.
Reiki is love, Love is wholeness, Wholeness is balance, Balance is well being, Well being is freedom from disease.– Dr. Mikao Usui
The healing that I felt through receiving Reiki from Andi was like a deep, cleansing, shift. I felt relaxed and safe during the session because of the warm atmosphere and beautiful scents. I rested while Andi worked and I experienced a liminal state of sleep. I felt physically lighter and less tense right away when the session ended, and continued to feel a more balanced mental and emotional state for weeks after!Esther CroakReiki patient
