Reflexology
A Reflexology session mostly focuses on your feet and releases healing energies where your body needs it.
This ancient healing art uses the manipulation of points on the feet, hand and sometimes ears to treat pain and stress throughout the body. These points correspond with all glands, organs and parts of the body. The right foot stimulates the right side and the left one stimulates the left side of the body.

What Can You Expect During a Reflexology Treatment?
You will start your session with a relaxing Epsom salt foot bath for 5-7 minutes. I will be working on your feet and ankles with enough pressure to increase blood flow and release any stuck energies. Upon request, I may apply aromatherapy oils to your feet. My hope is that you feel relaxed and rejuvenated after your Reflexology session.
During the session you will be fully dressed only your socks will be removed. Please, wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes.
After the session we will have time to discuss your experience and talk about any follow up treatments.
The human foot is a masterpiece of engineering, and a work of art.– Leonardo da Vinci
I was curious about reflexology and nervous to try it, but I heard wonderful things. I knew Andi from work and know that she is truly passionate about helping others. I was anxious about life and was having difficulty sleeping. The experience was wonderful! I walked into a calming office. Immediately I felt at ease. Andi thoroughly discussed the reflexology process and answered all my questions Once the visit started, I felt at peace and was able to relax. I actually fell asleep during the appointment! I was able to sleep more soundly and manage my stress levels. I would highly recommend reflexology and Andi to everyone. I am very interested in taking my kids in for appointments because I believe that she can help with all stress levels.Jen SmithFort Collins, CO
Reflexology for Kids
As parents we want to help our children when they get hurt or sick, feel anxious or worried. Even when they are OK we always think about the what ifs.
Reflexology provides a gentle way to promote health by strengthening the immune-, nervous-, and endocrine systems. It can also ease, and in time get rid of congestion, colds, constipation, headaches, anxiety and so much more.
Reflexology is a natural solution to health problems and it also builds a foundation for children to seek out alternative therapies in adult life.
35-minute Reflexology for Children (3-11 years)
It’s relaxing and calming, and probably feels good for adults, too! After the massage, my feet feel relaxed and if you think about the massage right when you leave you will still be able to feel it! After, I feel like my legs are made of Jell-o or noodles. (P.S. – that’s a good feeling!) Before the massage you put your feet in hot water and you get to choose an essential oil to put in the water for a scent. If you don’t want a scent you don’t have to.Skylar8 years old
This foot relaxation soothes the mind and feet by massaging your feet and parts of your calves! Calming music, dim lights, and sweet-smelling lotion, your body will surely appreciate the reflexology. I thought reflexology was really relaxing and soothing and by the end my legs were noodles! It can help with stress, or just for fun! Andi can do different pressures for each person according to how they like it. Andi does a great job soothing the body and it’s a great place for sore feet or a great gift!Olivia10 years old
